Position Overview:
Europcar is seeking a committed and customer-focused Light Duty Driver to join our team at Lanseria Airport. This is a permanent opportunity for a reliable individual who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of delivering excellent service, and is passionate about maintaining the high quality and safety standards of our vehicles.
You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are prepared, cleaned, and delivered on time, supporting our promise of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet high-quality standards.
-Conduct vehicle quality control checks (license, appearance, condition).
-Refuel vehicles and inspect tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluids after each rental.
-Deliver vehicles to customers as per company procedure.
-Handle vehicle check-ins according to quality control and claims guidelines.
-Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle yard and surrounding areas.
-Uphold company values by acting ethically and protecting business assets.
-Perform any additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
–Educational Qualification: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent)
–Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience
–License: Valid and unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (minimum of 2 years old)
–Other: Basic computer literacy and map reading ability
