Job Overview:
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites young, unemployed individuals to apply for its Packaging Learnership Programme within the Manufacturing & Technical department. This is a remarkable opportunity to build a career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and beverage manufacturing sector.
Successful candidates will register for and complete the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging – NQF Level 3, under the guidance of the Training Controller.
Key Purpose:
This learnership aims to provide learners with comprehensive exposure to food and beverage packaging processes. It offers formal recognition and portability within the manufacturing and packaging industries.
What You Will Learn:
As a learner, you will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Bottling processes and standard operating procedures
- Safety, housekeeping, and hygiene standards
- Quality control and testing protocols
- Food handling regulations and practices

- Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) with:
- Mathematics (minimum 40%) – not Mathematical Literacy
- Physical Science (minimum 50%)
- Two South African languages passed with 40% minimum
- Must not have completed this qualification/learnership previously
