Overview
Exact, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its team in Maseru. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy fashion, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Associate, youโll help bring quality and style to families across Lesotho.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as a brand ambassador by providing an exceptional customer experience at all times.
-Understand customer needs and provide relevant fashion solutions.
-Monitor and meet individual sales targets.
-Sell a wide variety of clothing and home products, keeping up with current fashion trends.
-Identify new opportunities to generate sales.
-Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation standards.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications & Experience
– Minimum of LGCSE (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
– Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
Skills
-Passion for customer interaction and satisfaction.
-Sales-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask in a busy store environment.
