Salary: R397 116 โ€“ R467 790 per annum (Performance agreement required)

Overview
The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development seeks experienced Administrative Officers to manage financial, human, and operational resources within magistrate offices. These positions involve leadership in court administration, risk management, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage financial and human resources of the office.

-Coordinate and oversee risk and security management.

-Lead the strategic and business planning process.

-Manage Criminal and Civil Court Administration, including sections related to Family Court and Supply Chain.

-Manage Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts for the office.

-Provide administrative support services to Case Flow Management and court users.

Entry Requirements

-Three-year National Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Public Administration / Public Management or equivalent.

-Minimum of 3 yearsโ€™ administration experience.

-Knowledge of Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, and Risk Management.

-Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Financial Management (Vote and Trust Account), Departmental Financial Instructions, BAS, and Justice Yellow Pages.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

-Strong communication, leadership, organising, planning, and problem-solving skills.

-Good interpersonal relations.
