Company Overview:
Nors Botswana, a subsidiary of the international Nors Group, delivers Sales, Parts, and Service solutions for Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses, and Volvo Penta in Botswana. As part of its growth strategy, Nors Botswana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Manager to lead its after-sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute after-sales strategies aligned with international objectives.

-Oversee after-sales operations to meet approved business targets.

-Ensure effective service delivery that meets customer expectations and promotes loyalty.

-Plan and supervise preventive maintenance contracts and workshop service billing procedures.

-Manage multi-site workshop and parts activities for a range of Volvo products.

-Drive operational support across all after-sales functions.

-Identify business needs and implement improvement projects.

-Lead and develop the after-sales team in line with company HR policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar managerial role.

-Formal qualification in the automotive industry.

-Strong technical and workshop management knowledge.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

-Proven ability to drive results and manage diverse teams.

-Prior experience as a Service Manager in a Volvo Truck dealership will be an advantage.
