Overview:
G4S Botswana is recruiting an Alarm Monitoring Supervisor to lead and manage the monitoring center operations. The role involves supervising control room operators, responding to incidents, and ensuring 24/7 security coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee alarm monitoring activities and emergency responses.
• Supervise control room staff and maintain shift schedules.
• Liaise with clients and response teams during incidents.
• Conduct system checks and report faults.

Requirements:

• Minimum of BGCSE.
• Experience in security control room operations.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of alarm systems and communication protocols.
