Overview:

We are looking to hire 30 passionate and driven Sales Associates for our leading jewellery brands, including American Swiss, Sterns, and Galaxy & Co. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who love fashion, luxury, and connecting with customers. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. You’ll join a team of trendsetters and innovators in the retail space, gaining valuable experience and growth opportunities in a diverse, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

-Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.

-Monitor sales performance and actively work to meet and exceed sales targets.

-Sell a wide variety of jewellery and accessories, staying up to date with the latest trends.

-Explore new sales opportunities to drive growth.

-Assist with stock replenishment to maintain a well-presented store at all times.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

Skills:

-Passion for customer interaction and people-focused sales.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

-Strong initiative and high attention to detail.

-Target-driven with experience in achieving sales goals.

-Customer service excellence, including loyalty building and navigating customer challenges.

-Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
