Application Process:

Submit the following:

  • Cover letter with two contactable references
  • Completed prescribed application form (available at www.bergmun.org.za or by calling 022 913 6000)
  • Certified copies of qualification certificates, ID document, and driver’s licence
  • Curriculum Vitae (maximum 3 pages)

Applications may be hand-delivered to any of the municipal offices in Aurora, Eendekuil, Redelinghuys, Piketberg, Porterville, or Velddrif. Alternatively, send by:

Important: Faxed or emailed applications will not be accepted. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Additional Information:

  • Appointment is subject to police clearance, evaluation processes, and potential security screening
  • The municipality reserves the right not to make an appointment
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. If no response is received within six weeks, consider the application unsuccessful
  • Preference will be given to local candidates residing within the Bergrivier Municipal area (WC013)
