How to Apply

Submit one application per post, quoting the correct reference number:

1. Documents required:
   • NEW Z83 application form (fully completed and signed) – available from any Public Service Department or the DPSA website.
   • Comprehensive CV with at least three contactable references.
   • (Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit certified copies of original documents, academic records/transcripts and other supporting documents on or before the interview.)
2. Where to submit (choose one method):
   • Hand deliver or courier: The Principal, Western TVET College – Corporate Office, 42 Johnstone Street, Randfontein, 1760
   • Email: recruitment2025@westcol.co.za (PDF format, one attachment). Use the job title and reference number in the subject line.

Important Notes

• Foreign qualifications must be accompanied by a SAQA evaluation.
• Ensure the NEW Z83 is completed in full—incomplete forms will be disqualified.
• If you acted in higher posts, include acting appointment letters covering the full period.
• Submit a separate complete set of documents for each post you apply for and clearly state the correct reference number.
• If you have not been contacted within six (6) months after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
