  • The new Z83 form must be fully completed and signed.
  • All sections must be completed accurately.
  • Failure to sign the form will result in disqualification.
  • The Z83 form is available from the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) website.

2. Attach Required Documents

  • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Copy of ID document
  • Copy of ABET qualification

Only shortlisted candidates may be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other documents.

3. Quote the Correct Reference Number

Clearly indicate reference number: AFBLBWG/12/13/26/03 on your Z83 form and in the email subject line (if applying via email).
