Motus Toyota Bryanston is recruiting an Apprentice Level 1 to join its Service Department. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about vehicle repair and eager to qualify as a Motor Mechanic Technician through a structured, three-year Apprenticeship Programme.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist Technicians with vehicle repair and maintenance

-Remove and replace vehicle units/parts

-Safely jack up vehicles and position trestles

-Perform lubrication and oil changes under supervision

-Remove and replace wheels, air filters, and oil filters

-Assist with general mechanical repairs

-Remove and install vehicle batteries

-Clean vehicle parts, tools, and the work area

-Attend compulsory technical training courses

-Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the workshop

-Keep tools and overalls clean and in good condition

-Follow all site safety rules and procedures

-Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the Service Manager

Minimum Requirements

–Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics & Physical Science

-Motor Mechanic Trade-related qualification (advantageous)

-Valid Driver’s License (advantageous)

-Clear Criminal Record

-Strong technical aptitude

-Good customer service orientation

-Ability to work as a team player
