Overview

Tataki Mine seeks a qualified Auto Electrician to perform electrical maintenance and repairs on mobile mining equipment. This position is critical to ensuring equipment reliability and supporting safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Diagnose and repair electrical faults in mining vehicles.

-Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on mobile units.

-Maintain wiring systems and components.

-Replace malfunctioning electrical systems and components.

-Interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.

-Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimise equipment downtime.

-Maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements and Skills

-NCC or certified Auto Electrician qualification.

-At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a mining or heavy industry environment.

-Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to read and interpret technical electrical diagrams.

-Good understanding of mobile equipment systems and safety procedures.

-Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
