Overview:

AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 to apply for its 2025/26 Graduate Internship Programme, based across various towns in the Eastern Cape. Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver professional, client-centric service to walk-in customers at branches

-Handle client inquiries and document all interactions and outcomes

-Escalate complex queries and complaints to supervisors or branch managers

-Assist clients with product and service queries related to AVBOB Member Value

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups

-Maintain accurate client records and assist with internal processes

-Identify customer service concerns through surveys and help implement improvements

-Monitor and report on emerging trends in client service

-Recommend product or service enhancements based on client feedback


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:
    • Finance
    • Accounting / Economics
    • BSc Information Systems
    • Marketing Management
    • Business Administration
