Driver (Code 10 with PDP)

Overview:

Breerivier Koeriers BK is seeking a dependable and experienced Code 10 Driver with a valid PDP for our Epping depot. The ideal candidate must reside in Cape Town, be flexible with working hours, and be willing to operate in various areas. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform deliveries and collections across Cape Town, including the CBD, Southern Suburbs, and Northern Suburbs.

-Ensure timely and safe transport of goods according to delivery schedules.

-Use WhatsApp and Google Maps to manage routes efficiently.

-Adhere to company policies and maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition.

-Work overtime when required.

Requirements and Skills:

-Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit).

-Minimum 2 years driving experience within Cape Town.

-Solid knowledge of the Cape Town area, including Montague Gardens (advantageous).

–Own reliable transport is essential.

-Must own and be willing to use a personal smartphone (company provides data).

-Familiarity with Parcel Perfect software (advantageous).

-Valid forklift license (advantageous).

-Willing to work overtime and start immediately.
