Overview

Buffalo International Logistics is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Code 14 Truck Driver to join our logistics team in Kempton Park, Gauteng. This role requires a skilled driver who can independently handle transportation tasks with a high standard of professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

-Safely operate a Code 14 truck, adhering to all road safety regulations.

-Hook and unhook trailers from the truck as needed, ensuring secure connections.

-Transport and deliver cargo efficiently while maintaining schedules.

-Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in roadworthy condition.

-Assist with loading and unloading cargo if required.

-Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate logistics.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12).
  • License: Valid Code 14 driverโ€™s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PdP).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years as a Code 14 driver.
  • Skills: Excellent driving ability, strong knowledge of road safety, and proficiency in hooking/unhooking trailers.
  • Attributes: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle cargo as needed.
