Overview:
Buildersmart is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations at the Ramokgwebana branch. The successful candidate will assist in delivering outstanding service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

-Support the Branch Manager in managing branch operations and staff.

-Ensure smooth implementation of company systems and procedures.

-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

-Assist with inventory management and financial reporting.

Requirements:

-Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent qualification.

-Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience (added advantage).

-Strong communication and organizational skills.

-Ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure.
