Overview
FNB is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join its Johannesburg team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across calls, email, and live chat platforms, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and electronic communications
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and in line with standard operating procedures
- Deliver exceptional service in accordance with SLA agreements
- Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure full resolution
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and live chat platforms
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on incomplete queries or outstanding documentation
- Support branch consultants with eBucks-related queries
- Assist customers with eBucks Shop order enquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation and share relevant information with the team
- Identify, escalate and manage risks appropriately
- Adhere to governance, compliance and organisational standards
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan and complete tasks within set time and quality standards
