Overview

Mr Price Money is recruiting 20 Call Centre Agents to join its growing team. These roles focus on processing new customer accounts and delivering professional, efficient customer service. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling store card applications, verifying customer information, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, correspondence, and account needs promptly to prevent backlogs.
• Confirm employment and personal details telephonically to verify application information.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records on debtors’ systems.
• Process store card applications across all divisions to expand the credit base (outbound function).
• Review customer financial documents and assess applications for account approval.
• Request and follow up on missing documentation from customers.
• Provide clear guidance to customers on completing applications and resolving queries.

Entry Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year call centre experience (account setup, verification, updates, or issue resolution). but not required.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation: Consumer Protection Act, POPIA, National Credit Act, ICASA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for customer engagement and query resolution.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
