Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional service at the checkout point, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers professionally while maintaining Pick n Payโ€™s standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

-Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

-Scan products and ensure correct pricing.

-Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate where necessary.

-Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

-Assist customers with product information or store navigation.

-Support merchandising and stock rotation during quieter periods.

-Adhere to safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

Requirements

-Good communication skills (English essential).

-Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

-Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

-Assertive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
