Overview

Fairies Cleaning Services National is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations, staff performance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

-Ensure all cleaning activities meet company standards

-Enforce Standard Operating Procedures on-site

-Supervise cleaning staff and maintain discipline

-Communicate with management and ensure task deadlines are met

-Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance

-Report equipment issues and maintain stock controls

-Support smooth daily operations across departments

Minimum Requirements

-Grade 12 / Matric

-Prior experience as a cleaner (supervisory experience advantageous)

-Strong communication and leadership skills

-Ability to work without supervision

-Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments

-Customer-friendly and able to manage a team effectively
