Overview:
G4S Botswana is looking for a hands-on and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams, ensure service quality, and uphold hygiene standards at client sites. The role involves team coordination, inspections, and interaction with both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff at assigned sites.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in line with G4S service expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and submit reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Provide training, discipline, and support to cleaners.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Cleaning Supervision or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning supervision.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple sites.
