These Clerk roles provide essential administrative support to allocated teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a high-performance, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and support general office functions.
- Organise and attend meetings; take minutes and keep accurate notes.
- Book rooms, conference facilities, travel, and accommodation; coordinate in-house and external events.
- Prepare, type, and format letters, reports, presentations, and routine correspondence.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars; manage appointments and visitor reception.
- Order and control stationery/office supplies; monitor departmental expenditures and keep records.
- Sort, file, cross-reference, photocopy, and print documents; maintain hard-copy and electronic filing systems.
- Capture and reconcile data from multiple internal/external sources for management reports.
- Distribute mail, retrieve/deliver files, and attach relevant files to incoming correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements and office procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders; answer calls and route queries appropriately.
- Complete forms and invoicing as required; compile, organise, and post records and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: 0+ years relevant administrative experience (entry-level friendly).

- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Action planning; strong planning and organisation.
- Ability to manage complexity and prioritise multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Office administration proficiency, including data capture and records management.
