Overview

Responsibilities

As a Festive Shop Assistant, your duties will include:

-Delivering excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and professional.

-Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing basic product knowledge.

-Guiding customers to specific products and ensuring their shopping experience is smooth.

-Maintaining the store’s appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store clean.

-Wrapping and packaging purchased items for customers.

-Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

-A Grade 12 certificate is required.

-Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous but not essential.

Skills and Attributes:

-Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Must be able to perform well under pressure, especially during busy periods.

-Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused.

-Reliable, honest, and punctual.
