Job Overview:

Clicks Group is hiring Shop Assistants / Cashiers across various locations in KwaZulu-Natal. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking to build a career in the retail industry, this opportunity is for you!

As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience through efficient point-of-sale operations, in-store merchandising, and prompt, friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Clicks standards.

-Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

-Ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is presented neatly.

-Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.

-Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols.

-Address customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

-Promote Clicks’ products and special offers when applicable.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Basic numeric skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and passionate about customer service and sales.
