Overview:

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join the team at the Midrand Depot. The successful candidate will serve as the face and voice of the organisation, providing a high standard of customer-facing and switchboard services. This position reports directly to the PA to the PAC & HR Director.


Key Purpose:

To professionally manage the switchboard, greet and attend to visitors, and provide administrative support services to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming front-office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the switchboard efficiently, ensuring all incoming calls are screened, professionally answered, and transferred correctly.
  • Attend to visitors in a courteous and business-focused manner, ensuring adherence to all security protocols.
  • Accurately record and relay messages to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with long-distance and international call management as requested.
  • Distribute internal and external post to appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of boardrooms and meeting spaces.
  • Coordinate meeting room resources including flipcharts, whiteboard markers, and remotes.
  • Order and manage boardroom supplies and stationery.
  • Create Purchase Orders (POs) for the site as needed.
  • Assist staff with telecommunication issues and facilitate new line requests.

  • Understand company structure and how to direct Coca-Cola related queries appropriately
  • SAP user knowledge (advantageous)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Receptionist or relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a receptionist or similar front-desk role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
