Job Overview:

Country Side in Mahalapye is looking for experienced and passionate cooks to join our team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent food preparation.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications.

-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

-Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

-Manage kitchen stock and report shortages.

-Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

-Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing.

Requirements and Skills:

-Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role.

-Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.

-Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

-Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

-Good communication and time management skills.
