Overview
Transpharm is seeking a detail-oriented Data Capturer to join its team in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and managing data into company systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting operational and reporting needs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and input data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, or applications.
- Perform data integrity checks and correct errors.
- Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files.
- Support data collection efforts across departments.
- Generate basic reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all data.
- Work with team members to improve data capturing processes.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) required. A certificate/diploma in data management, office administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a data entry or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with data entry software; MS Power BI knowledge is advantageous.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential information.
