Position: Service Consultant – Chronic Servicing (ECP)

What is a Talent Pool?
This position forms part of a Talent Pool, which means applicants who meet the minimum criteria will complete the recruitment process in advance and be placed in a pool of qualified candidates. When vacancies arise, you may be offered a position without restarting the entire recruitment process.

Key Purpose of the Role:
To provide exceptional service by resolving queries related to Chronic Conditions and HIV for Discovery Health members, franchises, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls related to chronic conditions and HIV queries.
-Provide accurate information to clients, brokers, and franchises.
-Ensure full resolution of queries and update policy information accordingly.
-Work efficiently on Discovery systems and assist with escalated queries.
-Complete necessary administrative duties as part of service delivery.
-Adhere to service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric with at least 50% in English, Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting.
- Experience: Previous call center experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and organizational abilities
- High level of empathy and attention to detail
- PC literacy essential
