These roles support the display and verification of the Electorsโ Register, a critical process that ensures accurate, inclusive, and credible elections.

Display Clerk (Temporary)
Role Purpose
Under the supervision of the Constituency Electoral Assistant (CEA), the Display Clerk will assist with updating, verifying, and displaying the Electorsโ Register, ensuring that voter information is accurate and compliant with electoral requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Verify that each electorโs name appears correctly on the register
- Record corrections to personal details (names, date of birth, gender) where errors exist
- Confirm registration numbers and/or National Identity Document numbers
- Record objections to names of persons who do not qualify as electors
- Conduct house-to-house visits to verify elector details and identify deceased persons
- Record names of deceased electors for removal from the register
- Assist electors to change addresses due to relocation or change of workplace
- Display the Electorsโ Register and village lists at designated locations
- Maintain accurate records and report findings to the CEA
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: COSC or equivalent
- Must be registered as an elector
- Willing to accept appointment in any Constituency
- Must have a registered mobile phone number with:
- A mobile money account or
- A valid bank account
- Ability to work with communities respectfully and confidentially
- Good attention to detail and basic record-keeping skills
