Overview
Hamad International Airport is seeking a reliable and professional Driver/Messenger to join its Transport Services team. The role is key in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of documents, mails, packages, and personnel across different departments and locations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide transportation services by operating assigned vehicles to deliver documents, mails, packages, and staff to designated locations.
- Maintain a regular schedule for inter-office, departmental, and external deliveries.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance in line with corporate hygiene and safety standards.
- Report any vehicle defects or required repairs promptly.
- Collect and sort mails from the post office in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and secure delivery of documents to the correct recipients.
- Maintain and update daily delivery logs for proper record-keeping.
Requirements & Skills
- High School qualification with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid Qatari Driverโs License.
- Strong knowledge of city roads and traffic regulations.
- Good driving skills with a safety-first approach.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
