Job Overview:

Dunns is seeking a highly customer-focused P27 General Assistant for our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily store operations, and driving merchandise presentation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the store meets its sales goals while providing excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

-Protect company assets, including stock, cash, and physical assets.

-Implement company policies and procedures effectively.

-Maintain an optimal store and department layout.

-Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

-Oversee stockroom management, markdowns, and lay-bys.

-Maintain effective merchandise replenishment and housekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Effective daily task planning skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress.
• High integrity and initiative.
