Overview

Overberg District Municipality (ODM) is recruiting two EPWP Cleaners for Uilenkraalsmond Resort. The role focuses on keeping chalets, ablution blocks, meeting venues and the surrounding terrain clean and presentable while complying with all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Clean and maintain chalets and ablution blocks to required standards.

-Prepare and reset venues for meetings and events.

-Clean the resort terrain and communal areas.

-Ensure compliance with prescribed health and safety standards at all times.

-Perform other reasonable duties as allocated by the supervisor.

Requirements & Skills

-Basic literacy.

-Able to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

-Team player with good work ethic and reliability.

-Must be tax registered and possess a valid tax number.

-Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and work outdoors where required.

Remuneration

• EPWP rate of R180 per day for the contract period.
