Position: Data Capturer

Requirements:

–Qualification: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

–Experience: No prior experience required; however, familiarity with the role or environment is advantageous

-Data analysis

-Computer hardware and software basics

-File and record management

-Form design and data backup processes

Key Responsibilities:

Data Capturing Services:

-Receive and record data from relevant sources

-Input data accurately into required formats (e.g., databases, spreadsheets)

Data Verification:

-Verify and resolve any discrepancies or errors during data entry

-Review and validate data entries from records

Data Management:

• Conduct regular data backups
• Update registers and maintain accurate statistics

Record Keeping:

• Organize and securely maintain records and files
• Provide information as required by various departments

• Candidates may be subject to a skills/knowledge assessment.
• A probation period of 12 months applies.
