Overview

Overberg District Municipality (ODM) is recruiting eight (8) EPWP Seasonal Workers—4 at Die Dam Resort and 4 at Uilenkraalsmond Resort. The roles focus on cleaning, venue set-up, and general upkeep to ensure safe, tidy, and welcoming resort facilities during the peak season.

Key Responsibilities

-Clean and maintain chalets, ablution blocks, and communal areas to required standards.

-Prepare and reset venues for meetings and events.

-Clean and maintain the surrounding terrain and resort facilities.

-Adhere to all prescribed health and safety standards.

-Perform other reasonable duties as allocated by the supervisor.

Requirements & Skills

-Basic literacy.

-Able to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

-Physically able to perform cleaning/housekeeping tasks and outdoor duties.

-Team player, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.

–You must be tax registered and possess a valid tax number.

Remuneration

• EPWP daily rate of R180 for the contract period.
