Job Purpose:
To maintain and manage the counter filing system, while ensuring accurate processing, record keeping, and assistance with customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Acknowledge and record new manual applications
-Record various payment methods on returned attorney reports
-Prepare completed attorney reports, certificates, and rejected applications for dispatch
-Attend to counter queries and provide efficient customer support
-Prepare documents and undertakings for filing
-Facilitate appointments with relevant officials

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- At least 3 months of relevant experience
- Computer literacy
Preferred Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a certificate in a Financial field
- 6 months of relevant experience
