Overview:

TFGโ€™s Exact brand is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team on a temporary maternity cover contract. If you’re passionate about fashion, customer service, and exceeding sales goals, this opportunity at Blue Jacket Mall in Francistown may be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

-Represent the Exact brand with professionalism and energy

-Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences

-Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions

-Monitor personal sales performance and contribute to team targets

-Stay updated with the latest fashion and dรฉcor trends

-Maintain a clean and fully stocked sales floor

-Identify new sales opportunities

-Support stock replenishment and merchandising

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum education: Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)

Skills & Competencies:

-Strong communication (verbal and written)

-Target-driven and service-oriented

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure

-High attention to detail

-Customer loyalty and relationship-building focus

-Sales and negotiation abilities

-Capable of working independently and taking initiative
