Overview
Markham, part of The Foschini Group (TFG) and one of Africaโs leading men’s fashion brands, is seeking a style-driven and sales-focused Fashion Consultant to join its Letlhakane team. Key Responsibilities
-Represent the Markham brand as a professional and fashion-forward ambassador.
-Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalised service and expert styling.
-Monitor individual sales performance and strive to exceed set targets.
-Stay informed on the latest menโs fashion trends, accessories, and lifestyle products.
-Actively pursue new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
-Maintain stock levels and assist with in-store merchandising and visual displays.
-Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and ready for customers at all times.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications
- BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
Skills & Experience
-Passionate about fashion, people, and customer engagement.
-Target-driven with a strong focus on sales performance.
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Able to work under pressure and meet daily sales and service expectations.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
-Good administrative abilities and understanding of customer service strategies.
-Previous retail or fashion experience is advantageous.
-Strong planning, organisation, and leadership potential.
