Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Duties:

-Manage trust account statements

-Perform daily reconciliations

-Process payments and issue receipts

-Maintain business account records

-Oversee all reconciliation processes

Monthly/Other Duties:

-Handle debt collection

-Manage payroll processing

-Organize and maintain files and records

-Supervise department operations

-Complete month-end financial tasks

-Coordinate internal and external events

-Oversee Office and IT systems

-Manage departmental and organizational budgets
