Overview:

FNB Lesotho is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Member – Processing to join its operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment and are passionate about delivering operational excellence. As part of the #changeables, you’ll work with forward-thinking professionals committed to driving innovation and efficiency in banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch branch orders and clearance transactions to SBV and the Central Bank of Lesotho
Utilize systems such as ICOM and Enterprise Telling Solution (ETS)
Process SBV vouchers and Terminal Management System (TMS) payments from G4S
Upload outward EFT files and download inward EFTs for processing
Reconcile suspense and general ledger accounts daily to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain a complete filing system of supporting documents for all processed payments for audit and compliance purposes

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in a financial or banking environment
Strong understanding of payment systems and general banking processes
Knowledge of the bank’s products will be an added advantage
Good reconciliation, filing, and documentation skills
Ability to work accurately and under pressure
Proficiency in banking software and systems (ICOM, ETS, EFT platforms)
