Introduction

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for Food Service Aid positions within its institutions in Pretoria and Centurion. Minimum Requirements

  • ABET Level 4 or Grade 10

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidates will perform the following duties:

  • Provide catering support services during meetings and official events
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and hygienic manner
  • Clean and maintain kitchen utensils, equipment, and appliances
  • Prepare and clean conference and meeting venues
  • Check and manage cutlery and catering equipment
  • Monitor food supplies, report shortages, waste, and losses
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
