Overview:
Mighty Infinite Services (PTY) Ltd is looking for skilled Food Service Assistants to support its food operations team by preparing meals, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring efficient service in a mining camp environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Set tables with linen, crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
-Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service equipment.
-Prepare and package takeaway meals.
-Mix, cook, and portion food according to specifications.
-Monitor oven temperatures and adjust cooking times.
-Operate commercial cooking equipment.
Requirements:
-Minimum of BGCSE.
-At least 1 year of experience in food service, kitchen, or hospitality.
