Overview
Foschini is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate (120hr) to join the Mall of the North team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion retail, customer service, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced store environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will create exceptional in-store experiences while contributing to the storeโs performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing suitable fashion solutions
- Track and drive sales performance against set targets
- Sell a diverse product range and stay updated with latest fashion and dรฉcor trends
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure store readiness at all times
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
