Purpose
Fraser Alexander (Pty) Ltd is looking for dedicated and physically fit individuals to join their team as General Workers in Gauteng. The purpose of the role is to assist with various general activities on-site to support operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties across the site.
- Attend daily pre-shift briefings and risk assessment meetings.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in safe, working condition.
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions or behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and operational regulations and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a tailings or similar industrial environment
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Strong listening and observational skills
- Emotional intelligence and teamwork
- High level of visibility and presence on-site
