Overview
Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations at DESTEA offices.
Responsibilities
- Record, organise, and retrieve correspondence and data.
- Update registers and statistics.
- Handle routine enquiries, photocopying, and distribution of documents.
- Maintain filing systems, type letters and correspondence.
- Support procurement processes, stock control, and financial administration.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Computer literacy.
- Advantage: Certificate in Office Administration or related qualification.
2. Permit Administration Clerk
Overview
Assist with biodiversity permits and administrative duties relating to environmental compliance in the Free State.
Responsibilities
- Issue biodiversity permits.
- Compile and submit CITES reports, annual and monthly reports.
- Register case dockets and inspections on ECAS system.
- Respond to legislation queries (e.g., PAIA).
- Perform all related administrative functions.
Requirements

6. Organisational Development Practitioner
Overview
