We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the building remains in pristine and orderly condition, contributing to a healthy and safe environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
-Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning vents, and restrooms).
-Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities.
-Undertake heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
-Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
-Make minor adjustments and repairs as necessary.
-Maintain and organize supply rooms.
-Cooperate with staff and follow health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements and Skills
-Proven experience as a Cleaner.
-Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Reliability, integrity, and punctuality.
-Minimum of JCE certificate.
