Purpose: Lead daily store operations, hit sales targets, and elevate customer experience while overseeing people, inventory, eCommerce order flow and admin.
Key responsibilities: Sales & business development (UPT/ATV/turnover) โข Team training, rosters & performance reviews โข eCommerce order picking/packing & dispatch (Shopify) โข Stock receiving, tagging, steaming & cycle counts โข Cash-ups, loss prevention, expense control โข Month-end reports & compliance registers.
Requirements: Matric (tertiary advantageous) โข 3+ yrs retail management (incl. eCommerce exposure) โข Shopify/POS know-how โข Strong leadership, customer focus & problem-solving.
2) Warehouse Operator, Johannesburg
Purpose: Ensure accurate, on-time receiving, picking, packing and distribution to stores and customers.
Key responsibilities: Inspect items & quantities โข Quality checks pre/during/post pack โข Scan/track inventory โข Book-in shipments โข Timely dispatch โข Safe loading/stacking โข Space optimisation โข Assist cycle counts โข Customer-first resolutions & continuous improvement.
Requirements: Matric โข Retail/warehouse experience preferred โข Inventory systems familiarity โข Strong organisation, time management & problem-solving.
