Overview:
Healthy by Choice Lifestyle Center is currently seeking a fast, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of M-Pesa and Ecocash Agent Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is good with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
-Operate the M-Pesa and Ecocash point efficiently and accurately
-Handle customer transactions promptly and professionally
-Maintain proper records of all cash-in and cash-out activities
-Balance and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
-Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
-Uphold the highest standards of honesty and reliability in all transactions
Requirements and Skills:
-Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
-High level of trustworthiness and reliability
-Ability to work in a busy retail environment
-Previous experience with M-Pesa and/or Ecocash operations is a significant advantage
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to follow procedures and handle cash responsibly
