Overview

HG Travelling Services is looking for a responsible and experienced Code 14 Driver with a valid PDP to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations, ensuring comfort and adhering to a pre-planned route and schedule. Your primary focus will be passenger safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

– Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition (checking water, oil, gas, and mechanical aspects).

– Vehicle Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times.

– Safety Precautions: Instruct passengers on safety precautions and practices.

– Reporting: Report any delays, accidents, or incidents encountered on the road.

– Operational Records: Maintain operational records and submit simple reports as required.

– Vehicle Maintenance: Report any defects or issues with the vehicle to the Fleet Manager or Supervisor daily.

Requirements

– License: Valid Code 14 driverโ€™s license with a valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).

– Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record.

– Experience: Previous experience in passenger transport is required.
