Roles we’re hiring for

• Customer Service Agent
• Betting Clerk
• Cashier
• Call Centre Agent
• General Admin Assistant

You’ll be the face (and voice) of the brand—serving customers, processing transactions accurately, and keeping operations smooth and compliant.

What you’ll do (varies by role)

-Assist customers with placing bets, explaining odds, and answering queries.

-Handle cash/card transactions securely; balance and keep accurate records.

-Maintain a clean, organised workstation/branch; support opening/closing routines.

-Uphold company policies, betting regulations, and responsible gambling standards.

-Manage phones, emails, and online support (for call centre roles).

-Support peak trading (match days, promos) and help drive operational efficiency.

Minimum requirements

-Grade 12 / Matric and South African ID (must be 18+).

-Clear criminal record.

-Basic computer literacy; strong numeracy & communication skills.

-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

-Experience in betting/retail/customer service/cash handling is an advantage (not essential).

Work environment

• Retail branches: Customer-facing, on your feet, cash handling.
