Overview:
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing operational HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will ensure initiatives are executed in alignment with performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR policies.
- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and development plans.
- Manage recruitment, shortlisting, and offer processes.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data and assist with audits.
- Coordinate industrial relations and training initiatives.
- Drive health and safety culture and compliance with HSSEC strategy.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 yearsโ experience in a senior HR role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and industrial relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and report writing skills.
- Experience in staff training, performance management, and compliance.
